[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — no money came void transaction

Sir, I purchased things worth rs500 from a shop called RAZA SHOPPING MART, Calangute, Goa and done payment by swiping on 19/10/2018 at 9:56pm.But due to some defect in the machine ith charged rs5000.09.Then i asked the shop owner for refund.He said he has done a void transaction.But no money has been yet added to my account.What should i do? The transaction details are attached .

Dear Gokul,
We would like to inform you for the said Transaction of INR [5000/-]which is voided/Cancelled on the same day, in such case we have not received any Fund .Requesting you to check with your concerned bank as the amount is lying in the suspense account of your bank itself.
Kindly close the complaint from your end once issue is resolved.
