[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — no professionalism | |||||
I paid my money in the month of april 2018 for the loyalty cards. And its june 2018, i had not received my cards. One gentleman mr. Vishal from hyderabad had picked my cheque and promised to deliver the cards by 1 month based on his boss words. I asked him to share his boss contact number he arranged a call with mr. Abishek, mr. Abishek promised that he is going to deliver in 3 to 4 days. Its been a week mr. Abishek is not responding to any of my calls or messages. Mr. Manish patel ceo of this company mswipe, please learn and teach mr. Abishek to handle a customer. I am not satisfied with the service. I had take mventry software from mr. Vishal where he is helping me at any point of time. Please deliver my card or refund my money immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||||
