There has been issue with QR sale option on device not working from the day of the installation. There were multiple ticket raised in past but no resolution provided till date. Instead of providing the service, everytime the customer need to follow up issue and whenever we call the support contact no, they try to escalate the issue to senior but no resolution is provided.
The ticket tbk[protected] has been raised on 2nd Feb 2021, but till date no resolution has been provided. If we are not getting the services, please take back the device and refund the amount. Was this information helpful? |
