My firm name is jai ambey traders 21-c chandni chowk it is to inform that there is no response on my complaint against my machine that is not working properly one representative coming to see the complaint he said ir machine will change tomorrow and the staff of the company coming with old machine saying u have to keep this other wise we will not change ur machine so now what to do

Problem has not been solved but marked has resolved and have also started deducting my bank on monthly basis for unknown support provided and rent of pos machine.

This is third time they have marked has resolved just to misguided this honorable customer care forum of govt of India
