[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — non changing the faulty pos machine

Dear concerned,

I am the user o[censored]r pos machine with registered mobile no [protected].
The machine is not working from last 20 days and i am making a complaint to customer care from 19th april 2019 on a daily basis and everyday i get assured that in next 24 hours someone will visit and replace the machine..
I am losing my customers due to this faulty machine and u are charging me rental for nonuse of this faulty machine.
I request you to kindly replace the machine today itself or cancell the machine as i cant lose my customers if today its not get resolved i will be forced to change or look for another service provider.
Also reverse me the rent u have debited to me for this period.
