[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Non Communication & Poor customer resolutions | |||
I have had several issues with Mswipe - technical, non payment process of a credit card payment, unable to collect payments and so on . I have tried since past 7 days non stop to call all of the phone numbers they have provided and NOT A SINGLE Person reply's back to resolve any issue. This is a very poor;y run company with absolutely no concept of quality of customer satisfaction. So how is one supposed to get any issues resolved if no one bothers to pick up a phone or call back ?
