[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — not cancelling and not refunding | |
I have 3 mswipe device and All 3 devices i raised a request to cancel it through calling mswipe customer care. Initially they said, they will give grace period for 3 months (Without rent) and after 3 months if still i don't want to use then they will cancel it. So after 3 months, i called them again and asked them to cancel it. So they confirmed that its cancelled and during that time they said device is not require to surrender. But now i see that the rent for device is deducted and they are asking device to surrender. I initially paid rs.2000 for a device. If i surrender a device then they are saying the device amount will not be refund. Was this information helpful? | |

Machine halt ikek tamper show. Can't open any type of options

I had ordered M swipe machine on 12th Oct, 2019. One of the TL from M swipe visited my shop and I had paid him Rs. 3500. But when even 15 days they not provided me machine I complaint to their customer support but they told system is not working.
Now even after several follow up I am empty hand.
