[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — not providing to customer all details about your policy at mswipe machine purchase | |||
I have purchase mswipe machine on 24 march On that time sales person give half information about machine & its policy. I have just call to mswipe customer care about my complaint regarding payment.I also ask about refunding process Is cutting advanced payment of machine charges of month April. Sales person also say that its free for one month no any charges. Only deposit 2537 & its refundable.But customer care person says its included Installation charges 1100 & with included current month rent charges also. And not refundable any amount.
