[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — not taking swipe machine

I have requested to take back the device in the month of april. I regret to inform that the device is still not been taken back & i am getting charged for this every month which is of no use. Every time i call customer support i end back with a assurance that the device will be collected in 2 -3 working days. Now its getting to my nerves. I cant tolerate it any more.
