This is the 4th time they have put hospital payment on hold for no fault of ours. Repeated e mails and toll free calls are not helping. I feel if they suspect anything they shld call the card holder or us. Why our payment is put on hold? Since the amount has been deducted from consumers bank they refuse to pay us. And m swipe is adamant on holding back the payment. Need urgent solution
