Mswipe Technologies — Payment made through Mswipe QR code debited from my account but not reflected on merchant account | |
I have made a payment of Rs. 8150 on 11th May 2021 to a merchant using Mswipe. This payment was done through UPI. The amount got debited from my account but not got credited to the merchant account. In such cases settlement is done within 5-6 working days but it's been 17 days settlement is not done. I tried to contact customer care through all the mediums but didn't receive any response from them.
