[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — payment not returned even after voiding the transaction

I was charged 11500 for 1150 due, the transaction was voided however it has been 5 days already that i have not yet received the money back.
I am posting the message i received for voiding - void approved inr 11, 500.09 at tid ms698306, userid [protected] fashion king on 6/5/19 with card ending 5531, rr#[protected], auth#724455.
Please solve the issue in earnest.

We highly apologize for the inconvenience . We take great care to ensure that important matters such as these are properly managed.
As per the complaint received We would like to inform you for the said Transaction of INR 11, 500/- which is voided/Cancelled on the same day.

In such case we have not received any Fund.

We Requesting to merchant to check with Cardholder's bank as the amount is lying in the suspense account of cardholder's bank itself.
