We are nepal sweets situated in 16b sarat bose road kolkata 700020
We have a pos machine paytivo 6210.

We have an unsettled amount of around 50000/- (Fifty thousand rupees).
Upon settlement from the swipe machine it is not reflected on our bank.
When we speak to the customer care there is no response.
Upon speaking with sales team they are also unable to help giving some excuse.
Kindly settle the amount asap. The tid of the device is : 0520800m
