[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — payment on hold and no one is helping out | |||
Super jewellers here... I have do a transaction of 35000 on 25/10/2019.. While doing so the pos machine shows that transaction is failed... And while i swipe for the second time same amount it showed failed... But i got msg of approval for 2 times... And after that the payment is on hold.. The person from your mswipe didnt picking up call and dnt even reply Was this information helpful? | |||

We take great care to ensure that important matters such as these are properly managed. As per the complaint received, we had tried to contact you on your register mobile number [protected] but there was no response from your side.As per the confirmation received from our Payment team, you have done two transaction of amounting Rs.35000/ each on date 25-Oct-2019 and you have already received payment for one transaction amounting to Rs. 35000/- on dated 28-Oct-19. Kindly check whether both transaction were successful & you have given services for both transactions to your client then only share us two separate clear and full image of invoices with company stamp and sign for hold transaction or else raise refund to cardholder request for failed transaction.Other bank might raise charge-back for excess payment. | |||
