[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — payment on hold last one month | |||
Dear sir, I made a transaction of amount 92451, it was approved 3rd time after attempting 2 consecutive failure due to wrong pin, as my client forgot the pin. Now mwsipe says due to 2 consecutive wrong pin, it was hold and physical verification of my office will done, at starting they said it max period 10 working days, when i am calling even after 15 working days they said it shows same status, please update your address. I mail all my kyc docs and business registration proof, but still no reply from mswipe. Please help me out for the same, i am mentally disturbed because due to lack of payment, my business stopped, and progress of my business going down. Was this information helpful? | |||
