[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — POS machine sold by providing misleading information | |||||
Hi, I was sold a Mswipe POS machine by Mr. NAVEEN PATIL. He provided me wrong information while selling the machine. He told me that there would be no transaction fee charged to me on any card swipe on this machine and I would be paying only 300 monthly rent. Later when I received the welcome kit and the welcome call from the company I found out that there are transaction fees on every swipe apart from rent. I immediately asked to cancel the machine and refund my deposit if I was not getting the deal told by the executive whose name is mentioned above. Company did not pay any attention to my issue and did not even bother to call me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
