[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — refund awaited for a closed merchant account

I have been trying to get my refund of the advance rent paid for the Swipe machine which I had discontinued within a week from the activation. It's been more than a month now and every time I call in your customer Care number they give me a TAT of 48 Hours.
Same thing happens when I raised the query to the complete escalation matrix of the company. Even they have not replied to the query.
The Support ID is TBK02411148. Was created on 5th April 2018 still 48 hours TAT of the company is not completed.
I wonder their clock is in which Timezone or from any other Planet.
