[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — refund not received yet

We made a swipe on our mswipe terminal on 11th aug. Till date we have not received the swiped amount. The swipe is done for inr 57000. They said that its on hold and asked us to send invoice. We have sent invoice still no resposnce. I insisted speaking with a supervisor and he once said payment will come in 2days its been processed from our end. Even post that payment was not made and again the same process they are saying its on hold for field verification. There is no field verification that has happened for almost a month now. Mswipe is wrost brand... D'nt buy this product... No response is employees... Irresponsibility pop thr in mswipe poor service already my swiping amount holding more than 90days 30, 000/- still not clear... Worst product in India mswipe... It's my number call me mswipe.. [protected]
