[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — refund of pos rent | |||||
I am using mswipe bluetooth device since 4 years, after u introduce wifi machine, your sales person mahes came to me to explain about your wifi device and ask me to upgrade my device with new one. After installing new device he suppose to take the old decvice but no one came to collect that, mswipe charging me rent from last 28 months for both device and i am not using the old one From last 2 month i am complaing to your service centre but they are just passing my rrquest to one another, i have talke to atleast 10 executive for more than half n hour each to explain all the thing. I request to solve my problem I have some names and complian numers to follow Complain no. Verified Support Sep 27, 2018 Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Madam, We have crossed checked and as per confirmation surrender request TBK02922894 on 09 Aug 2018 and device got De-installed on 21 Aug 2018, hence there is no eligible amount for refund.
