[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — refund of rental of 4 months | |||||
Had contacted with mswipe in month of november2017 to discontinue the service as the business was shut down. But the request was not registered and neither the executive was sent to collect the device. After that had called again to the customer care for the same but was in vain. Finally in month of february 2018 the complain was registered and the executive was sent on 3rd april 2018 to collect the device. So from month of december 2017 to march 2018 the rent was deducted for no reason which is the total amount of rs 1526. I need the refund of the complete amount but the customer care people says that since they had officially registered complain in month of feb2018 so will b getting the refund of only the month of march. My money is wasted. I need the refund as early as possible from the company Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is to bring to your notice that due to network problem the transaction was done twice.This had happened on 18/3/2018 and the transaction amount was 10000.
