[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — refund of void transaction

My refund issue is not yet resolved, as per bank there is no such void transaction if it would have been there this will reflect in the account statement of bank account on 9th day after transaction.
My earlier complain

M swipe transaction was done on 2nd dec 2017 of rs 2242 at tid 42m79046
Lekha farm cul
Same was made void it was approved also but still i have not refunded this amount in my account. Card ending with 1312,

Rr no.[protected]

I want this amount to be refunded asap as void was approved 48 hrs back.
Sms recieved was

Void approved inr 2, 242.00 at tid 42m79046, userid [protected] lekha farm cul on 2/12/17 with card ending 1312, rr#[protected], auth#019470
