Hi,
I ordered POS machine in November-21 and a refurbished machine was sent. This information was not shared with me and when I raised the same false assurance was given to us that the machine will be replaced in 10 days of time, however, nothing happened. Now all the company executives are saying we only supply refurbished machines and we don't have a refund policy as well. I am feeling cheated with this company and its executives. This is not fair with any customer
