[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — regarding hold money

Address:Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201016

Customers had made the payment through credit card an amount of rs. 14280/- on 14th nov 2016, but due to some technical error amount was deducted twice from their cards.

I have received the payment only single time and the other payment is put on hold. Although, mswipe has received the both amount from the bank i. E. 2x14280 as shown in the bank statement of customers

I have requested many time to mswipe please send money back to us but still i don't have received any amount or proper response from them

My husband is regularly following up with you via mail and calls with your team with his no. [protected].
Always we got your response over the call that your with held payment has been approved and already released further i shared my updated passbook statement on 17th March 2018 that i have not received the amount as suggested by your team. Also i got a call from your end on 17th March 2017 at 14:20 PM and she asked your issue got resolved or not. I said no and she said i will call you back shortly. After that i have not received any call or mail from your side.

Also, for your information that one payment of Rs. 14280/- i have received in November 2016 and one is with held with you.

Please change user id and i dont want mobile no. Option delete this option and please i was returned my machine g2 but i dont received my ₹ 2000. Rupees please send my amount please highly request to MSWIPE technology.
