We purchased M Swipe machine in the month of Feb 2020.
Since we are dissatisfied with the per sales and customer care departments, we asked them to take back the machine and close the account in the month of Oct 2020.
I would like to brief you about the event,
It happened that we called customer care in oct 2020 of m swipe after checking some deductions made in our account under miscellaneous heads.
But all in vain as it took almost 3 days to connect and then they did not have a clarification of the deduction and failed to explain the details.
When we asked them to take back the machine and close the account they forcefully started offering discounts . Despite all this we asked them to submit. For which they said it takes 15 days for an agent to come from Mumbai and take the machine. Despite all this until now i.e. 28 nov 2020 no one has came to close the account and every time whenever they call they only keep saying that the y will ask someone to check on this but none happens.
We told them we have machines of other network and with better services hence also we don’t require it anymore but still all in vain they are not closing the accounts.
I request you to please look into the matter and and take some serious action against them.
We are being forced to continue and our queries are also not being cleared or explained. We don’t wish to continue with them and it’s kind of humiliation that they are doing with us. Was this information helpful? |
