Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied for your mswipe product last year on Feb. However, I had applied for discontinuation of the same last year after three months o[censored]se (payment of rental for 3 months were already paid), itself due to lack of considerable swiping transactions.
I see today (28/03/16) that my bank acount has been charged 13 times in a single go for Rs.350/- totalling to Rs.4550/-. Since the service was already discontinued from my side and properly intimated to you, I am shocked to see this.
I have called your customer service and Mr. Ashish on the line confirmed that my request for discontinuation was made last year itself. He therefore said that he has forwarded my complaint to the concerned department and refund would be made soon. He also requested me to send a mail regarding this also.
Since, it is year ending, kindly look at this matter urgently and provide refund. I have attached screenshot of my bank account.
