[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — request for cancellation not solved

Dear sir/madam,
Complaint no. Tbk01489472

I’ve raised the complaint to cancel the service in march,
And
No one as came to collect the machine till now and again i called the customer care and they are telling to wait for the call from there side and
Still, they have been deducted the amount from my account.
It is a very serious issue.
Please help!!!...
