Sub: Swiping Machine Serial no.[protected] / IMEL [protected] Purchased by Picxy Sea Resort, Gorai Mumbai.
With regret we wish to inform you that since the day we have purchased your system we are facing major problem and there is no response from your company.
1) The moment we complete Card Swiping procedure many time we get message on the screen Card Declined, hence we request guest to pay the bill in cash but however after some time our guest gets sms on mobile that their A/C has been debited of respective amount.
2) Here, prestige of our Picxy Sea Resort is at stake, our guests are under impression that we are cheating them.
3) Your Area Sales Officer Mr Pankaj Patil (cell no. [protected]) was briefed who requested us to lodge complain with call centre
4) Complain no. TBCK 00712347 dtd. 03.12.2016
Till date no engineer has turned up and whenever we contact your call centre we get standard reply system failure kindly call after some time.
While selling the card swiping machine your Mr Pankaj Patil had shown us rosy picture about the system and service after sales.
It appears that Mswipe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has failed to provide us good service.
Hence, therefore we kindly request your good self to depute your best engineer just now and solve the problem immediately, by doing so reputation of Mswipe Technologies Pvt. Ltd will be saved. (We don’t want to hear standard reply about 48 hours)
