Hello,
I gave surrender request in the month of March of my Mswipe wisepad serial no -- [protected] and the request number was TBK0237990. Nobody came to pic up the device They continue deducting ECS from my account inspight of me reminding and calling them
continuously. I have the recorded conversation in my phone.
In the month of May when I called I was given a new complaint Number TBK02538640. and I was assured that someone will come to pic up the device and the money deducted from my account will be refunded.
It is August now and I am still waiting for that person to come and collect my device. And they are continuously deducting the ECS.
Eventhough I gave the ECS cancellation request to my bank on 17th of May 2018 . And ecs was cancelled with mandate number ICIC[protected]. Still they are able to deduct ECS.
Everytime I call customer care no. I am given assurance that the concerned person will come and collect the device and excess money which was deducted from my account from March to August will be refunded. This time I have been told that Mr. Brij Kumar will be coming and collecting the device but it's been more than a week... Nobody is coming. And when I asked his phone number from customer care officer I was told it's not updated.
I am going through this mental harassment since march2018. I have asked them to close my account and refund the money which they have deducted from my account since my first surrender request.
I am also send them my recorded conversation with their customer care officer, attached with a mail. I have 20 such conversation recorded since March 2018.
I am being mentally harassed me and feeling robbed
