Dont believe tele sales person s.. For the sake of targets they communicate what we say and do as they wish once the deal is done. I will illustrate my problem. I have got call from mswipe executive for machine by name ritu. She explained me the wariants and finally i like one and selected. Then we had discussion on charges and finally @1.4% she said she had taken approval for all cards irrespective of credit card segment and asked me to send all docs as requested by her. Everything was done and when i called customer care and enquired abt charges then they told its 1.9% for premium segment cards and 3% for amex card. Where ritu told me flat 1.4% for all cards. Now when i called her she started stating i didnt say that. This how mswipe cheats the clients for their business. Very cheap company maintaining cheap quality executivities. Very ridiculous. To cover the issue now ritu has started transferring calls to her colleagues asking them to speak to me. Till now four members had called me for conviencing the same. One of the # company. Kindly return back the money or decrease the rate by1.4% as committed.
