Today i came to know that i am charged for 2 two swipe machine.
1. Wisepad (Bluetooth)
Device id [protected]
Terminal id 42m94565
I used from 05/ feb 2016 till 02 dec 2016
2. Wisepadg2 (Simcard)
Device id [protected]
Terminal id 42m94566
I used from 02 dec 2016 till 1 week nov 2017.
As per my knowledge i had mail you that my pos is not working properly on 2 dec 2016.
After that santosh more emply code 2351 mobile no [protected] came and replaced the pos machine wisepad with wisepadg2
And collected the wisepad machine which was not working, and collected amount of rs 2000/-for the wisepadg2 and did not gave receipt for any one of that. And
Since dec 2016 i am having and using only wisepadg2.
After 1st week nov 2017 i surrender wisepadg2 to santosh more for deactivation, he did not gave me any receipt and did not deactivated the machine.
I used one machine till nov 2017
But i am charged for two machine from dec 2016 till date oct 2018.
Sir can check how many time i have called for deactivation of machine, once i called mumbai office also the issue is the same,
But today i came to know that i am charged for two pos machine.
Sir, i am very badly disappointed, fed up, stressed and ha-rested me.

So kindly look into this matter
And return my amount as soon as possible.
