[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — swiping machine in the name of s. valli | |||
Iam using your mswipe machine in the name of s. Valli, i recently swiped a transaction for sum of rs.1, 00, 000/- on 23.05.2019, and my money was withheld due to high value transactions, and i was not at all informed that a high value transaction requires a intimation before swiping it and to the utter dismay i was not informed with such an restrictions during installation, and i received a mail insisting for a invoice and i updated my invoice and after that, inquiring your customer care they are again asking for my company registration certificate, as per the law, there is no need for a small scale company to be registered, and below 20, 00, 000/- no gst required, and now you are creating so many issues which affects my company projects and without no authority you cannot hold my money, is your mswipe technology is having a valid power to investigate?? Are you anywhere related to investigation authority?? Kindly release my transaction as since i have submitted my invoice details related to that transactions, else send me your valid authorized address to send a legal notice to sue you with help of my lawyer Was this information helpful? | |||

My amount of 25000 is hold from 17 May, 2019 onwards.I didn't get my money back yet.I am trying to get help from many of your customer care executives even one of your supervisor.I am not satisfied with your executives and in words it's just waste of time by calling your customer care again.What will I do to get money back?
