[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — swiping machine not delivered | |||
Hi, mswipe came to my shop & explained about their services a month ago. The main feature which striked my mind is that i can have a swiping machine irrespective of current account. Hence i ordered for a 1 year subscription with device. The ideaot unprofessional sales people were very responsive initially. But after they collected the amount, they said i will be getting my swiping machine in 3-4 working days. It's been more than 2 weeks now, i still haven't got the swiping machine. If i call the sales person, he's not answering my calls. Now even if i have to cancel the contract, i am not getting a proper channel to connect with the company. Please help me with this issue. Mswipe need to seriously train their sales team on post sale's customer service relationship. Was this information helpful? | |||
