[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — System Rebooting | |||
I just bought mswipe machine, machine so tiny and I tried to swipe credit card of my client but system keep on rebooting I given complaint but they saying it is because charge problem but still not resolve, I asked them to replacement but they keep on saying some stories but they didnt solved the issues nor replaced my machine, so decided to surrender anothet reson to surrender machine is, i cant able to accept international visa or master card, I asked them to enable but they told me to give some pics of shop and asked me to produce sme docs, I produced but still not yet enabled to accept intl card, further in the machine itself they showed acceptance of Amex card but unable to swipe Amex card, sometime they charging more than 3%, really it waste Was this information helpful? | |||
