Mswipe Technologies — Transaction amount kept on hold | |
Yesterday, one of my customers swiped an amount of Rs 2, 20, 000 on my POS machine but the amount has been put on hold by Mswipe stating that it is a high value transaction. But before taking the POS machine, I had clearly informed the bank that all my transactions will be of more than Rs 1, 00, 000. Also, yesterday night at 12.20 am the transaction was showing successful and not showing in my hold transaction. Today morning, when I didn't get the money in my account, I called the customer care and shouted, only after that they raised a ticket asking for my invoice copy. Now, when I have uploaded my invoice copy, they are asking me to wait for 72 hours. Why should I wait for 72 hours for my money. This is not acceptable.. Was this information helpful? | |
