[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Transaction declined but balance got deducted | |||
I made two transaction of rupees 3255 from a mswipe pos machine on 8th june 2017 using two different cards.. At the time of transaction machine showed transaction declined but balance got deducted from my Both accounts. Merchant voided that transaction and told me that i will get my refund in 4 or 5 days. Still i have not received my money. I called my bank branch they told me that after receiving refund from mwipe or retailer they will credit it in my account.. Retailer is saying talk to your bank from his side he has refunded the money.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Company does not clear payments on some days may be holiday or technical error but no intimation from their side.Next day heavy call traffic so no response.charges are also invariably deducted before any intimation.They dont send any proper monthly statement.
