Mswipe Technologies — Transaction put on hold

Hi

I have done a transaction of rs 1 lac on 2nd of june but tha same has been put on saying it as an high value transaction. Because of this i was asked to submit the invoice which i have done on the same day . But still my payment is not released till date
Can you please look into this matter as soon as possible as it is badly hitting my business
