[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — unauthorised charges and refund issues

Hi sir/mam
I shiv ayurveda (R. M - [protected], req no. Tbk[protected], purchased a m swipe device, (Device serial no. [protected]) which due to some circumstances i have surrendered on 23rd march 2018, but after that date with a regular follow up the executives dint picked it.
Than on 29.08.2018 around 15:38 pm, (Receipt no. 625052), your executives came and picked the device.
I dont know what happened from 23rd march 2018, without any reason m swipe is deducting amount without any reason from my bank.
Please stop ecs asap, and kindly refund my amount which u have deducted from my account without any reason, and confirm me of the same.
