[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — unauthorized charges & nil response | |||
Hi, I got an m swipe machine for my shop at chennai base, with bluetooth connectivity. . I was making a good transaction with your machine which helped me in developing my business. After an year my machine was not working so i could not able to make transactions, mean while i got a call from your customer care that i have been approved for a loan amount of 20000/- thousand which will be debited from the daily basics on the amount i swipe. I told them that this 20k will not help me in any way still they convinced me to take this & promised me based on the transaction the loan can be increased. I am not aware of the exact amount that will be deducted from my swipe but every credit for the day next to my swipe will have some deductions. Things was going good one fine day my machine was not working & i was not receiving any messages for the swipes done through the machine so i called up the customer care they told that the technicians will come to resolve the issue none came for quite long time slowly my cards payments came down.in the month of february a guy called me from mswipe technical team came to service the machine my staff gave him he was checking with his mobile connectivity after few minutes gave back the machine that its ready for use again by next day the same problem again i called up for the service but a week’s latter two guys came in for servicing & told me that they have take the machine & will get back in couple of days. Days were going on but the machine was not back. I called up the customer care for which they told me they offer me gprs machine with free of cost for which i agreed & asked them to change asap, on the next day a guy called me that he has the new machine & wants to meet me the day evening we met & he was asking me for 1799/- i told him that i was informed that the machine is for free of cost but he refused to give me i told him that if i have to pay then am not interested in taking that machine so he went back without any hesitation, i again called up the customer care & raised a complaint regarding this discussion nothing happened. Then the problem started my loan which was to be paid got stopped my machine which they took for service was not been returned neither submitted to the company & there was no communication from both the ends more over my business due to my partner issue i was in a position to shut down. Things were going on but from my account there was an ecs getting deducted every day by midnight which i came to know few months later. There was a continuous call from m swipe speaking only in hindi which is could not understand. Messages where coming to me that my loan amount was not cleared & every month the interest is getting added up. I would like to clear these things once for all & every month they are charging huge amount of interest. Kindly help me out to resolve this issue asap. I really thank from my bottom of my heart your swiping machine helped me a lot during the period of demonetization which i agree but now it’s getting reversed where every day am being badly disturbed by calls & sms.
