Mswipe Technologies — unauthorized rental charges

Hi,

My name is kavleen gujral,

I bought the machine wisepad g2 in march 2019 and have not used it since.
It will be visible in my account that not 1 transaction was done till today.

Earlier it was a machine fault which could not be sorted then i kept it on the side.

Now i got a call from two numbers claiming rental for the same, phone numbers are - [protected] and [protected]. He did not share his company id or name with me.
Had asked him to send me an official mail regarding the alleged pending rent of the machinery which i did not receive thus writing this.

My humble request is to close my account and please send someone to take the machinery if a rent is being charged as i was never made aware of this since a year.
No mail, phone call or a simple text message was sent to me from your organisation informing that rent is accumulating every month.

If there was a monthly rent policy and it was not communicated to me then thats the first fault, if rent is accumulating and there is no communication for the same then i am not liable to pay anything and neither i will. There must be a written agreement where both parties signed together for the monthly rental, i don't remember signing anything like that. Be it credit cards, phone bills, emis or utility bills, some form of communication is always there to address the customer about the pending money every month. Suddenly i get a call after a year for the rent??? This is like a fraud where the money accumulates and then company contacts to derive some kind of money from the customer. Apologies if my language is getting a little harsh but it's true. If this is your policy then i feel obligated to report it to proper authorities that rent is charged without knowledge if the machine is idle for a year, let the money accumulate and then we will approach. No need to communicate with the customer. And suddenly i get calls from random numbers who sound like a recovery agent and are not able to send an official mail.

Thus, please close my account with a mention that there is no liability now or in the future and i will gladly return the machine which is in my possession.
