[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — unethical rent deduction | |||
I am not using mswipe machine from september 2017 and i have given the request request for surrender the machine on 24/01/2018, they said their executive will call me to collect the machine also they promised me that there will not will be any rent deduction from my bank account once the surrender request is placed. But they collected the machine on 28/03/2018 also they deducted rent for feb'18 & march'18. On 31/03/2018 i have raised another complaint for refund the money, they ask me to send a mail to [protected]@mswipe.com with my bank statement. I have emailed my bank statement for their reference. Still they are not refunded the amount. I spoke to 4 customer care executives for the refund, whenever i contact they will say "i have escalated to concern team, we will arrange a call back and update the status after 48 to 72hrs, so please give me sometime" but nobody arranged a call back. This is not only for the refund of money, they did the same thing for surrender the machine, after a long struggle i surrender the machine to their executive on 28/03/2018. Mswipe is repeatedly doing this activity with most of the customers. So kindly request the consumer complaints forum to take necessary action against mswipe and i need the amount to be refunded to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
