Hi team My name is sathya narayana reddy s i have mswipe credit card edc machine Registered mobile no:[protected] *i have query which name customer boddu laxman his card ending with 0116 spent rs 800.09 on 24/apr/2018 we have done void with same amount same day. Once void the amount should be credit with in 7 working days *amount was not credited. After 7 days he was went to bank for this bank people told him we didn't received the void transaction. * its almost 2 months still amount was not credited to the customer account. Verified Support Jun 27, 2018 Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's response Dear Sathya, As discussed, the said Transaction of INR [ 800.09/-] was voided/Cancelled on the same day, in such case we have not received any Fund. Requesting you to check with your bank as the amount is lying in the suspense account of your bank itself.
