[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — void transaction not refund

Merchant swiped 42000 instead of 4200 on 11/20/2018.I tried reaching the customer care but the service is pathetic.The merchant ID is 42MS[protected]. The void transaction was immediately raised but the refund is still not done.Please provide the refund for the same also please help me with the next step. The bank clearly denied to help me as its between merchant and me. I am still not sure if the refund is initiated for this and whats the current status for this
