[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — voided transaction message received but amount was not credited to my bank account

I had done transaction of inr 3, 500 dated 24/12/2018 and it was voided on the same day. But amount was not credited in my bank account. Kindly help in this matter and treat this complaint as urgent and refund the amount back to my account The voided/cancelled message i received was as below: Void/cancelled inr 3, 500.00 at m/s sruthi mettu dt 24/12/18 card xx6111, auth#019163, you will not be charged.
