I made the payment for g2 machine on 13 the oct. I have been following up with your customer care center and rohit from the sales team since then, and their response everyday is that the machine will be installed tomorrow!!! It has been more than 2 weeks now... If you cannot install my machine please refund my money. Extremely livid with your uncooperative staff at the customer care center and rohit
