[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — wisepad

Mswipe pos machine not working. I am not able to connect to sales. When the machine is switched on 1. Sales should be on display. Instead the machine shows 1. Mode 2. Device information 3. Test. If i press mode the display shows "mode change to standalone" in this position if i press green arrow, the disply goes to user. After typing user id and password nothing happens.
