Mswipe pos machine not working. I am not able to connect to sales. When the machine is switched on 1. Sales should be on display. Instead the machine shows 1. Mode 2. Device information 3. Test. If i press mode the display shows "mode change to standalone" in this position if i press green arrow, the disply goes to user. After typing user id and password nothing happens. Again back to squire one. Hope this information is enough for you to resolve. Also please inform me if i could contact somebody in chennai. Was this information helpful? | |
