Sales person made fake commitments about delivery of machine if payment done in cash. After payment, they take long to deliver the machine and later do not answer any of our calls. Though swipe machine has been received, the after sales service is not good. The sales person never received any call once the payment was done.

I would called m swipe company at least 100 times ...Every time i call up new executive will pick up the call... They will ask for 24 hrs time and no one will respond... Waiting for last 24 hrs and will explore options of consumer court
