Mswipe Technologies — wrong card swipe machine installed | |||
Hi sir. I chirag dagar from the filling station-park centra building, sector-30 gurugram, haryana (Food outlet) applied for a mswipe wisepad machine on 29th nov 2019 and did the payment of 1770₹ on same day. After that real trauma start. I chased them on customer care, [protected]@mswipe.com and sale executive sangeeta. On 18th dec they gave us g2 machine which i never wanted and started charging me rent. I contacted there sale executive sangeeta and she asked me to raise a complaint for refund but when i asked for refund they refused and not replying for email also. 2nd thing-they are saying that a machine of there company is already installed at my work place from them which is totally false. I asked them to show me when i requested a machine from them and the payment which i did to them. For this also they are not replying but they deduct around 5300₹ for the rent for this device which i never had. Before applying to there machine i was using ezswype company card machine.
