[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — wrong debit of rental | |||
Hi, I activated a device mswipe g2 pad, details below, on zero rental plan. But i have noticed that rental of rs. 413 is deducted from the account every month. I tried reaching mswipe by customer care, they could provide me a complain no. Tbk 05200245. Repeated calls to customer care being made, but no help could be provided. Last call they kept me waiting from an hour on hold... Even then nobody replied. I tried reaching out to them by email also... Here again i got a ref id: tbk05229534. Even after repeated reminder mails.. No mail got in response, which itself shows their sensitivity towards the ailing customers. This act of yours is totally unjustified & unlawful & comes under fraud category. Pfa the detailed statement showing deduction for zero rental.
