[Resolved]  Msx Mall Pvt. Ltd — non refund of money/ non payment of cheques

I have a complaint against this company with address as under MSX MALL PVT. LTD CORPORATE OFFICE 601-602 OCEAN HEIGHTS K-4 SECTOR 18 NOIDA (UP)201301 I HAD PURCHASED A SHOP IN MSX MALL ON FIRST FLOOR WITH SOP No 18 in central market As per agreement developer agreed to pay a sum of 12% interest per annum for four years or upto possesion. And also in agreement at the time of possession devekoper would offer buy back. The developer offered possession in month of november 2013 but when i asked for buy back developer denied and said he will give buy back after four years only But now developer neither paying me interest nor offering buy back but continuously harassing by saying to go for their residential project with same name as msx residential project in greater noida When i visit to their office, , office staff tells that owner is busy in meeting n cannot meet u. Sir they neither pick my phone nor meet me. Further they won't pay me my assured return nor they are buying back the shop I m suffering from this mental stress from so many days. The copy of agreement is sending u for consideration as well as the letter of offer of possession.
