MTC — Details abt earlier complaint

Sent text msg to mtc helpline no regarding late departure of 120 route from avadi terminus this afternoon.Bus was in the depot for more than 10 minutes . Would like to express apologies for d inconvenience of d staff at d moment because I didn't know d cause of delay.
